This is a fully functional version of the product. Software registration is not required. Effective with release version 2.0, Kisekae UltraKiss is open source software released under terms of the GNU General Public License.

Kisekae UltraKiss is distributed as open source software from KisekaeWorld. The UltraKiss product has been developed as a platform independent product for Microsoft, Unix and Apple computer systems. UltraKiss requires a Sun Microsystems Java run time environment. If this software is not installed on your system it may be downloaded from Sun Microsystems.
UltraKiss can be installed so that it can be maintained with Sun Microsystems Java Web Start technology.
With Java Web Start, you launch applications simply by clicking on a Web page link. If the application is not present on your computer, Java Web Start will automatically download all necessary files. It caches the files on your computer so the application is always ready to be launched anytime you want, either from an icon on your desktop or from a browser link. Regardless of the method used to launch the application, the most current version of the application will always be presented to you.
UltraKiss is a secure Java application. When the installation runs you will be prompted to grant security privileges for UltraKiss to access files on your computer.
You must grant privilege if you want to load and run your own KiSS sets from your local disk.
Step 1. UltraKiss uses InstallAnywhere technology for automated installation on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and generic Java platforms. Ensure that you have Sun Microsystems Java 2 run time software on your computer. If not, install J2SE version 1.3.0 or later from Sun Microsystems.
Step 2. Download and install UltraKiss for your platform. Please see the Release Notes for Java memory pool configuration instructions.
Step 3. (Optional) Install the UltraKiss extensions that can be downloaded from Kisekae World. These extensions include the Help system, tutorial files, and demonstration programs.
