Welcome to my Figure Model collection!
This site has been developed to profile Anime figure models.
Figure models are frequently 1/8 or 1/6 real size and are made out of resin, the same type of material that is contained in fiberglass. Many models come from the Orient and they are often based upon popular Japanese manga series or video games.
Many of the kits are made by small companies, typically operating out of their garage, and so are commonly called Garage Kits. They are manufactured in production runs of less than a thousand units and are like a flower - they exist for a brief time and once they are gone all you have left are the memories.
Building resin models requires skill, artistry, and experience. It is not easy, and this site can share experience and knowledge to help you in your work.
