Career Partner is an integrated business application that can assist people in clarifying their career ambitions and formulating a plan to achieve their goals.  This program maintains a record of your career objectives and goals,  prepares reports of your progress and achievements to plan, and manages your list of contacts and support people as you transition to a more satisfying career.  

Career Partner contains seven modules that should be completed in sequence.  Each module focuses on one specific aspect of career planning.  By completing these modules you will identify and clarify your goals.  You will also identify specific actions that must be taken to achieve your goals.  These actions are tracked by Career Partner and progress reports can be produced.

Effective career planning is a personal activity and takes time. You will not be able to create an effective plan in one sitting.  Career Partner is designed to save your work on your computer so that you can continue at a later time whenever you are ready.  You can prepare and print reports that capture the results of your work at any time.  You can also monitor your progress as you create your plan.
